One of the many reasons that people continue to flock to NYC is because there is ALWAYS something to do. Whether you’re a fitness junkie, a major foodie, or a shopaholic, you’re guaranteed to find a neighborhood spot that caters to your needs.

TF Cornerstone has several buildings in Manhattan and Long Island City that not only house happy New Yorkers, but are also home to some of the best gyms, bars, and boutiques in the city. Here are some of the most popular local spots for TFC residents.

Juicing is the latest health food craze that doesn’t seem to be fading out anytime soon. Dozens of juice bars have been popping up in neighborhoods all over the city, including FiDi!

Juice Generation has been serving New Yorkers fresh pressed juice for the past 15 years. From humble beginnings at a small store in Hudson Yards, Juice Generation has several locations all over the city, including their newly opened flagship store in TFC’s 101 Maiden Lane.

2.     Sweetleaf

Fresh pressed juice is great and all, but sometimes you need something a little bolder to kick start your day. Sweetleaf has been providing LIC residents with some of the best roasts in the city, as well as a few boozy pick-me-ups for after hours.

Located at 4615 Center Boulevard, Sweetleaf is LIC’s one-stop shop for baked goodies, delicious coffee and tea, and creative cocktails. To see their full menu and store hours, visit their website.

3.     TITLE Boxing Gym

Kickboxing has become extremely popular in recent years, and it’s no longer reserved for the pros in the ring. This intense cardio exercise works out every muscle in your body while promoting strength training and self-defense.

TITLE Boxing Club opened its doors a year ago at 455 W 37th Street. The Club offers two basic classes, boxing and kickboxing.

All classes are taught by actual fighters, so you know you’re really getting the full experience. The best part about TITLE is that all classes are taught at one level, so both beginners and experts can work at their own pace. If you’re interested in signing up for a class, check out their website!
