CQS US signed a lease for 11,000 square feet at 152 W. 57th St., the Carnegie Hall Tower. The firm will occupy the entire 40th floor. Studley's Zev Holzman and Paul Revson represented the tenant, while Newmark Knight Frank's Matt Leon and Palmer "Chip" Sealy represented the owner, TF Cornerstone. The asking rent started at $115 per square foot.
