Fans of Long Island City and Sweetleaf coffee, heads up: 46-15 Center Boulevard, an installment of TF Cornerstone's East Coast project, is officially on the rental market. The 42-story, Arquitectonica-designed building has 367 units and a bit of an eco fixation: its goal is to "reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 4.5 million pounds…the functional equivalent of planting more than 18,000 new trees." So how much to live in a building that makes you feel good about your carbon offsets? Studios start at $2,080/month, 1BRs start at $2,245/month, and 2BRs start at $3,130/month. Photos, floorplans in the gallery above. Many, many more neighborhood rentals to come.
