Overlooking acres of green parks and the stunning Manhattan skyline, 4615 Center Boulevard will please the most discerning New Yorker. Part of TF Cornerstone’s sought-after Center Boulevard development, this new high-rise features studios, one- and two-bedroom homes with stone countertops, porcelain and glass tile kitchens and baths, glossy white lacquer cabinets and stylish fixtures by Grohe and Kohler. This modern tower has been designed by award-winning firm Arquitectonica to maximize the spectacular views from every apartment and most homes have private balconies or terraces.
4615 Center Blvd sets the standard for sustainable design on the new LIC waterfront. Made up of entirely new construction, this area along Center Boulevard includes 12 acres of waterfront parks, a public K-8 elementary school, shops and restaurants, Food Cellar Market, Duane Reade, and MoMA PS1, all within walking distance from 4615 Center Boulevard.

Long Island City
The Long Island City neighborhood has a unique and connected community spirit you can sense immediately. LIC has emerged as a top New York City destination for arts, culture and dining. Various visual and performing arts organizations join galleries and other cultural institutions and activities as community favorites. Long-loved restaurants and new favorites light up the neighborhood from the LIC waterfront to Sunnyside and Astoria.
LIC cultural attractions bring visitors from other boroughs including Manhattan, Brooklyn, and outer Queens throughout the year. A few Long Island City attractions are: MoMA PS1 whose summer outdoor party series brings music and art lovers together every weekend, Socrates Sculpture Park and the Noguchi Museum whose workshops and family-friendly classes welcome parents and their little ones to unleash their creativity, and Gantry Plaza State Park whose scenic outlooks, new playground and preserved gantries flank the growing community bordering Hunters Point South.
Vernon Boulevard, LIC's main thoroughfare, runs parallel to Center Boulevard. A walk to Vernon Blvd shows off new shopping, nightlife and variety of dining spots, quick travel to neighboring Court Square, Dutch Kills and Astoria. And while the waterfront parks and bike lanes beckon, a 4-minute subway ride will transport you directly to midtown Manhattan. Whether it's for the views, the arts or the one-of-a-kind neighborhood, living in LIC has plenty of perks.

What They Say
Arquitectonica has been fortunate to have the opportunity to design six consecutive high rise residential towers for TF Cornerstone. Our firm has greatly enjoyed the intense and productive relationship that we have had with TF Cornerstone during the design and development of these buildings. Arquitectonica and TF Cornerstone have a natural affinity for each other, since both firms are highly proficient at conceiving, planning, designing and executing apartment towers.
Each firm recognizes the competency and professionalism in the other, and each values the other’s ability to discover and then produce the very best product. TF Cornerstone’s vertical integration, with input into the design process from all its different departments, e.g. leasing, management and construction, is clearly the right business model for successful large scale real estate development.
TF Cornerstone has partnered with the Queens West Development Corporation to build Phase II of the Queens West Master Plan. This includes seven residential buildings with a total of nearly 3,200 apartments.
TF Cornerstone was also instrumental in providing the funding for the creation of the public infrastructure at Queens West—the streets, utilities and public parks. The private and public sectors have worked hand in hand in the development of Queens West, one of the largest real estate developments in New York City. TF Cornerstone understands how to build a neighborhood from scratch and has the vision and the right investment strategy to accomplish long range projects like ours. We have worked together on this project for nearly ten years and we look forward to its successful completion.
