Hudson Yards is the fast-awakening neighborhood situated on Manhattan's far West Side, along the Hudson River, stretching between West 30th Street and West 43rd Streets. Connecting Midtown West with the Hell’s Kitchen, Theater District, Clinton and Chelsea neighborhoods, the area has an exciting mix of art, design, culture, shopping, nightlife and outdoor activities close at hand at any given time.
This budding neighborhood now offers chic new residential buildings with astonishing views of New York and the Hudson River. Hudson Yards is a pedestrian friendly neighborhood, making it easy to get to local parks such as Bryant, DeWitt Clinton and Hudson River Park, as well as Chelsea Pier, Rockefeller Center and the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
The best part of living in the Hudson Yards neighborhood is seeing the grand openings of new and popular night spots, retail and arts entertainment destinations is a special thrill. The Baryshnikov Arts Center established the Jerome Robbins Theater in 2010, bringing globally-lauded artists to perform and teach in the neighborhood.

What They Say
Handel Architects believes in the power of architecture to be a catalyst for positive urban change. In the course of their 40-year history in New York development, we have seen TF Cornerstone repeatedly take bold risks and plant their flag in overlooked and underdeveloped areas of the City, and as a result of this process, create entire new residential neighborhoods.
Their latest endeavor is the Hudson Yards, where Handel Architects worked with them to design a 3-tower complex of nearly 1,300 apartments, which has already begun to transform this neighborhood. As a developer, TF Cornerstone’s experience in high-rise rental housing is unparalleled. As an owner and manager of thousands of apartments, their knowledge of the market is extensive and up-to the minute. Their ability to plan and design, finance, construct, and then fully lease up a major high-rise building is a pleasure to watch. We are glad to be part of their team.
Principal, Handel Architects
TF Cornerstone was the first major NYC developer to build in the newly rezoned Hudson Yards. They have now completed nearly 1,350 apartments in two distinguished buildings that not only include 248 units of affordable housing, but that also generated nearly $25 million in funds for public improvements in the Hudson Yards, including the extension of the #7 subway.
TF Cornerstone’s reputation for pioneering new neighborhoods is well deserved, and we believe their willingness to invest in the Hudson Yards on such a large scale is a testament to the City’s vision for this important area of Manhattan’s future growth.
